Did you know that Centennial could be one of the most secure neighborhoods around? That is true, because the Association negotiates and pays the monthly service fees for everyone. It is your choice if you want to take advantage of it. The service fees are paid out of the HOA dues that you already pay. To activate your security system, please call First Mile at 569-2800.
So you do not have a land line. You can get a phone line at a reduced cost just for your security system. The cost for the phone line is $2.50 plus FCC taxes or $10.46 per month. Where else can you have a monitored security system for $10.46 a month? There is a $49.95 installation charge for the special phone line and a demonstration of how the security system works.
First Mile also offers a cellular type system that works even if your regular phone line is cut or damaged for an extra charge.

They have all of the community specifications for Centennial and they will do the installation if you wish. |

| City of Westfield Lowers Tax Rate |

Westfield, IN – Mayor Andy Cook and the Westfield City Council announced that they have lowered the tax rate for 2012 despite approval from the Department of Local Government and Finance (DLGF) to significantly raise the tax rate.
According to City Officials, the City’s assessed value (AV) dropped nearly $35 million from 2011 to 2012. As a result, the DLGF approved the City to raise property taxes to compensate for the loss in AV. Instead of raising the rate to the authorized amount it is

| Centennial Meeting House Available for Rent |

The Centennial Meeting House is available to all Centennial residents to rent. The building will accommodate most small events (20-30 people maximum). If you are interested in renting the space for a personal function, the cost is $150.00, with $100.00 being refundable after an inspection of the building shows that the facility was properly cleaned and undamaged from the event.
