About Us

Welcome to Centennial!
Centennial is a 1000+ home community with people of all ages at different stages of their lives. Centennial is exceptionally landscaped with over 8,000 trees, Walking Trails, an Apple Orchard, and 8 Ponds. Our amenities include one of Hamilton County’s largest Swimming Pools, a Dog Park, Tennis and Basketball Courts, A Snow Sledding Hill, Soccer Fields, A Playground, and more.
Centennial is often identified by “its large, impossible-to-miss structure in the middle of Central Park, the first landmark seen upon entering Centennial. A big, white, New England–style, clapboard church with a steeple that juts out of the former cornfield without a hint of disguise.” This is Centennial Bible Church, a vision of developer, Paul Estridge.
Community events like our annual “Centennial Days”, Fireworks, Easter Egg Hunt, Garage Sales, and individual block parties are what help to make us a unique and desirable neighborhood. Everyone looks out for each other here and if you’re a new resident, you can probably count on getting some fresh baked goodies and a lot of “welcomes” from your surrounding neighbors. It’s why we like to call Centennial HOME.
